Meet Jess

Jess is an endurance athlete and coach as well as a Licensed Therapist and Mental Performance coach. She also has certifications in Integrative Mental Health and Performance Nutrition.

My personal journey has lead me to pursuing my love of endurance sport & reaching my personal  potential as an athlete. I believe I am the best and most empowered version of myself when I have balance between work & life and do not have to sacrifice parts of myself in pursuit of my goals. 

I started my health journey in grad school when I started running to help me cope with stress and anxiety and nutrition & mindset work were quick to follow. I found my love of endurance sport and reinvented my identity as a competitive endurance athlete after burn out as a college swimmer. I discovered I was able to perform my best with optimized nutrition and mindset work and was able to find my love of competition again.

I use an array of communication skills to provide coaching services that give you the tools for success. In addition to 1-on-1 consultations and sessions, I offer monthly packages as well as 8-12 week habit building programs.
